Reliably serving the needs of general contractors and property owners alike, IPS’s diverse portfolio includes commercial and residential projects throughout New England.

IPS specializes in developing, constructing and converting loft apartments within renovated historic mill buildings, condominiums and homes throughout New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
